At MATCH Pewter, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade Italian pewter and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not content, we accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully wrap your pewter items in their original protective materials and box to prevent scratches or dents during transit, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Shipping Your Return
Send your package via a trackable and insured shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
